CrazedPorcupine1 votesNo, You honestly shouldn't build any CDR item on ryze as it is completely wasted. going 9/0/21 for the 10% CDR and massive mana regen and flat mana, means that you hit 40% cdr without any items. Just build Seraph's RoA and then pure AP.
