There should be an Anti-burst Keystone in Resolve tree

Anyone else think with all these assassins in every lane there should be an Anti-burst keystone in Resolve? Something like steraks passive when you take a lot of damage at once would be nice. I know we have null orb but I feel like there are a lot of champs who would like to take resolve but there is no good keystone for them, like (solo lane) for example. [sg-ezreal]
