In this tank meta, bork is essential for adc's. But mages have a hard time bursting that health down (except brand) ; so an ap item which does %helth damage is necessary as it will help mages to be in the game and be more viable against tanks. TY

It does damage over time instead of in a single hit. But it does the job. Pick a champ that goes well with it.
I do think it should lose the bonus damage on cc'd targets and have it's base damage increased though. It further limits the item.

Neo Cyrus1 votesIt also happens to be hands down the most inefficient item in the game except in very rare scenarios. It needs a serious buff to be viable on anything not named Brand currently. But then Brand would have to be nerfed.
So it exists, but no one but Brand gets good use out of it. Don't list anyone else, because if you do the math says you're actually wrong even though you think you're clever (not directed at anyone).

Nucleophilic atk1 votesIdk, in my opinion Hex > Zhonyas. With Zhonyas, you are pretty much delaying the death most the time lol. It does work well with a few champs like fiddles and morg, other than that I would rather Zhonyas have hexdrinkers effect. Not too mention it cost 2k less lol.
