Flash vs Teleport
Rito logic: teleport is picked in lcs worlds, insta nerf. Flash is perma needed for years, leaves it unchanged

flash doesnt turn even fights into 2v1's and 3v2's nearly as often as teleports, nor does it save towers and allow for backdooring, all things that kind of break the balance and band aid mistakes. though i agree flash being mandatory is something id like to see change
