Lissandra's Numbers are so Damn Low

Her rank 5 Q is a 190 damage, 28% slow, which increases by 30 and 3% each level respectively.

Her W root is 1.1 seconds at rank 1, and 1.5 seconds at rank 5. Why not just make it 1.5 at all ranks..?

Her ult deals 350 damage at max rank, but the slow is good.

My issue with this is that even though Lissandra has good AP ratios, this meta of bulky tanky fighters is almost impossible for her to have a say in until she stacks AP. Before she buys her high AP items, like I don't think she will ever be able to kill anything fast enough.

Why don't you boost her numbers even a little? It's been years since she has been in the spotlight.

her entire kit is CANCER beyond belief.

if they buffed her numbers any more she would be broken beyond belief.

she has cc in 4 different skills.

her entire gimmick is making sure a laner doesnt have fun and making sure after 6 whoever shes laning against is ganked and gangbanged until they buy a qss.

Umm a few things.

She has 3 cc's. Her E does NOT have any CC whatsoever. Like I said before, her Q cc is minimal, maxing out at 28%. Her W needs points in it to actually be a long cc. You don't really think that's cancer, do you?

And really, if you think she makes sure "a laner doesn't have fun", then you're way off. Lissandra has to ult herself, lest she be killed before she can even make sure a laner frowns. And really, if you can't ward, then that's your fault you get ganked.

do you really think lissandra players hit 6 so they can ulti themselves?

shes basically the ap version of camille but with ranged and more cc.

you clearly havent played against a good lissandra.

getting ulted level 6 by an e flash r is not very easy to predict when you get dove.

As a Camille main myself, Lissandra is not Camille. Camille can kill people 1 on 1 before she gets 4 items.

There's more to any champion - let alone Lissandra - than just laning. Lissandra's greatest asset as of now, is her waveclear, which is something that a lot of other mages can do.

Her CC is beneficial, but there's no reason to pick her for CC when you will probably have Maokai and Gragas or some other tanks to lock people down. It's outclassed.

Her damage is NOT high enough to compete with other mages. In a world where Syndra, Lux, Ahri, Orianna etc can all deal massive damage, she won't stand a chance.

Where does she stand where other champions don't stand higher?

i understand she doesnt stand near the current aps but her kit itself is the reason why they arent looking at her.

she needs a rework on her skills in order for her to be buffed or viable.

Don't forget that Q doesn't slow if it shatters, so I'll say 2,7 CC (wait wut), and this is funny because when people (damn normies) look at Her they think something like "infinite stun bruhhh". Her passive and numbers REALLY need some work. Make ~~Freljord~~ Lissandra great again! item 3070

Because Lissandra is already oppressive as fuck to play against for a number of champions due to her mobility, CC, reliability and the fact she has a point and click stun/invulnerability to supplement her gameplay, She isn't supposed to burst people in the early game that easily until she gets items.

Toplane Lissandra is easily one of the more frustrating iterations to play against but at least bruiser champions can generally beat up a lissandra with raw stats at least up to a certain point where Lissandra forces a passive laning phase.

I wouldn't say Lissandra checks out in Mobility (Since 1 telegraphed warp isn't something to write home about) or Reliability (Her spells have no numbers, and she has 2 skillshots.)

Top Liss is what you make it. If you pick a guy with 0 range then of course you'll get bullied. Then you buy item 3211 and she can't do anything anymore.
