Where Are the Shield Counters?

Seriously? Everything in League has a counter. Excessive healing? get executioner's or mortal reminder. AP damage? Get MR. There are champions that reduce AP. MR? Get magic pen. There are champions that reduce MR. AD? Get armor. There are champions that counter and reduce AD. Armor? Get lethality and armor pen. There are champions that counter and reduce armor. Stacking health on top of health? Get Lord Dominik's or get BOTRK. Even champions have abilities against this. AS? Get Frozen Heart, Thornmail, or Randuin's. Hell even champions have abilities that reduce AS. MS? Get Frozen Mallet, Randuin's, or some other active slow item No mobility? Get Mobi's or get some other item that boosts MS Invulnerability? CC works like a charm and Zhonya's helps. Shields? THERE'S NO FUCKING ITEM THAT BUILDS AGAINST IT. THERE IS NO CHAMPION THAT COUNTERS IT, but there ARE items that buff shields.

CC is not a counter to shields. Out-bursting shields is not a counter. I want an item that either disables shields temporarily when activated on a single target or AT LEAST allows its buyer to deal extra damage when attacking against a shield. OR instead of making Zoe, delete her and create a champion solely created around countering shield champions so Blitz can see the light of day against shield spammers. I'm tired of having all my efforts thrown down the drain because some brain dead ass champ pressed a button and became damage-proof as well as made their teammates damage-proof. The Guardian keystone is alright, but that coupled with shielders is disgusting right now. Everybody's talking about a power creep, but nobody is talking about how broken and uncontested shields are at the moment.
