What of Sion got another cast of his passive speedboost for every point he puts in his ult?
Right now especially late game, you get slowed once and you wont be hitting anyone.

I feel like it'd be better if his passive had a scaling movement speed and attack speed bonus. 9/10 times my boost doesn't even do anything... buying a 
feels more impactful than the active.
Yall need to understand that sion's passive isn't always supposed to be good. It's not meant as a fail safe to get a kill every time you lose a 1v1. It's supposed to be used to break up enemy lines and force them to waste more cc on an already dead target.
