I don't think Tank Junglers as a whole are too strong
It's the outliers, the ones at the top. We don't need to bring Cinderhulk down, or we'll be hurting junglers that STILL aren't strong enough
I feel we should normalize it a bit more, bring some down and bring others up to speed, (namely
