Ekko mid very weak right now

Hear me out guys ,ekko was the first champ i bought ,back then i didn't know about the meta or how strong other champions ,ekko just looked cool and was really really fun to play,As i picked up more champions ive had much more success as it just seams as if there are champions that do what ekko does but way better.As an assasin there are champions that are way better at being assasin( eg leblanc) as a fighter/assasin hybrids,there are champions that are way better at being fighters/assasin (diana).I think ekkos apeal is that hes both a fighter and an assassin and has good utility ,hes w if placed well can be great in a teamfight but i just think there are mids that are way stronger than ekko at any stage of the game.For example who are you more scared of ? A highly skilled fed leblanc or a highly skilled fed ekko ? a highly skilled fed ahri or a highly skilled fed ekko..What are your thoughts on ekko right now
