To Everybody Who Complains That an Ability Shouldn't Exist

Remember that if you delete one annoying ability, a new one will become the most annoying. Just read a post containing a bunch of people complaining that Yasuo's wind wall shouldn't block much of anything. Well then, Morgana's E might as well be toned down, and Braum's E should block projectiles either.

Since when has League had Logic? Cass can still stun Malph by ulting him. Lee can still get blinded. So why does Riot have to change the coding of every projectile in the game in order for Yasuo's wind wall to make sense? If it's a projectile, it gets stopped. All projectiles work this way - no reason to complain that certain skills should not be stopped, let alone the new number of bugs in would create if every ability was coded around wind wall interactions on top of everything else.

Well, a lot of times people talk about Yasuo's windwall because the rationale for how it works seems to have more to do with convenience of code than realistic, intuitive expectations. Why should Yasuo windwall block Vel'Koz W? It sure doesn't look like a projectile. How about Zyra E? Neither does that.

There's a frustrating amount of counterplay accessible to Yasuo, and it seems to bend the rules of what's intuitive strongly in Yasuo's favor. Hell, he can stand on top of the windwall and be immune to projectile auto attacks from ANY DIRECTION. It spawns behind him and rapidly sweeps forwards, so even if it looks like he mistimed or poorly aimed it, he still gets its effectiveness.

Braum's E is just windwall lite, and Morgana's E is far more clearly communicated than either of them. Morgana's E has a whole lot more counter-counterplay (do some magic damage) involved as well.
