NoMonku1 votes pretty strong if you know how to play him. He could probably use some love, but if you can actually play him, you will get floored by him.
his core kit is fine. Maybe give him a more reliable stun and/or a ultimate that doesn't require bouncing, but besides that he is strong. Even IF they buffed him, I still feel he will still get dumped on by range/assassins.
he is fine. His main flaw is his ultimate, which is his strength. Also, not many people stack magic damage, so why play him?
has his own unique playstyle, which is different then the way the game is played now. Has his strengths and great zone control.
needs some love. Only place she can really go is top. I feel she needs to be shifted to either being a top laner or an ADC.
was pretty strong, which is why he got nerfed. Problem is if he gets buffed, he becomes too strong and a problem, hence his current status. Also he is a DPS jungler with no hard engage, making him a poor choice in the current tank meta.
is fine. He is a strong control jungler that is the BEST at objective control. Also can buff/peel for the ADC very well. A SELFLESS champion to pick.
probably needs some love, but she can't get buffed w/o her becoming too overbearing so that anyone can use her.
is fine. Has good kiting power and is a very strong early game poke mage.
is already in the works for a rework. I don't know why you mentioned her.
could use one, but he already has somewhat of a niche, so he hasn't been changed yet.
goes from crap to godlike. The problem is her lategame is so powerful, I don't know how they can ever justify a buff early w/o changing her feel or making her lategame worse.

I would hardly call "Miss Fortune, the Bounty Hunter - Minor Visual Update" a rework.

I really don't think she needs a rework. Her abilities just need to be tuned.
Tavish1 votesI hope they eventually throw quinn some lovin'. Her kit is just so bleh, and there is no real way to get full use of everything. She isn't an ADC really, but she also is not a bruiser. It's just all bad.

i didnt' say nnu needs help, i said its forgotten by Riot, like he doesnt recive a skin since 2012 or significant changes

because he doesnt need anything. Sure he hasnt gotten a skin but hes not the only one. He doesnt need changes when hes a top pick unless its a nerf and to be honest i dont even think he does. He's not exactly the best ganker ever, he's more of a utility jungler who gives an attack speed steroid with some peel
