Draft ARAM should be a thing.

Imagine Draft ARAM, even simply as one of those weekend special modes:

Don't like giving the other team immortality? BAN!
Don't like lurking in your bushes? BAN!
Don't like wasting all your gold on Oracle's Juice? BAN! BAN! BAN! .
Don't like undead shattering your nexus while you're across the map? BAN!

Just to recap, the reasons to allow ARAM Draft Mode are as follows:

1. Some champs are OP () in a single-lane setting.
2. Banning technology has already been invented.
3. Because it would be fun.
4. Because it would be easy.
5. Because people would use it.

Reasons against:

1. Maybe the rumored sandbox mode is about to be released, sooner than this could be set up.
2. That's it, there's no other reason not to let people ban champs in ARAM.
