[Client]Can't Buy Bard[Shop] + [Negative IP after buying Bard!]

(preface) Since Bard dropped in price from 7800 to 6300 IP today, I was hoping to buy him and start playing. I had the IP saved up, but when I tried to unlock Bard I received error messages.

From (Browse the Store)>Champions>Bard>Unlock (6300 IP), the following message: "Woops, we just changed the price of this item. Please review the updated price below before continuing."
Except there is no "updated price below" or any button to click, the message is all that appears, so I cannot unlock Bard this way.

So I tried to unlock Bard the other way: (Click to view/edit your Summoner Profile)>Champions>Bard "Bard-Locked. Visit the store for more info">Unlock...

*Okay so the first time I went to this screen, I received similar error messages along the lines of "Your transaction cannot be processed at this time". HOWEVER, something arguably worse happened as I was typing this report. Rather than reject my "Unlock" request, the client apparently accepted it twice. Bard is now unlocked, and I went from roughly 7800 IP to -4722 IP.

Is it possible I was typing this right as a fix was being implemented? I'm gonna guess yes. Anyways, please help, Riot.

*Bug report protocol demands I explain how to reproduce this bug, and I'm not sure it can be reproduced... HOWEVER, If a Rioter could please look at my account and note the negative IP balance... Also, oddly, the only item in my Purchase History is Bard... but I've bought loads of other stuff.

-anyways, off to try Bard :D

After playing one game, my IP has corrected itself.
