Zed vs Fizz and Ekko

So I pick Zed... but the enemy locks in Fizz mid and Ekko top.

Now how the hell am I supposed to play this game?

If Fizz gets so much as 1 kill (or maybe its 2), he can literally tower dive me. Also, Zed's Ult is useless even before they have Zhonyas (and both Ekko and Fizz will get it in short order); I mean Ekko has several abilities to outplay it and Fizz has his absolute BS Trickster to prevent me from even applying it.

Meanwhile, Fizz walks around the lane as soon as he hits 6 like a total boss. He never has to launch his Ult, he can just threaten me with it to zone. Oh and if I start Shuriken farming? I'm never out-trading him because I'm 1 ability down. If I try to double Shuriken him, he can just press E RIGHT BEFORE a Shrunken will hit and then counter attack me.

So what am I supposed to do?

Teamfights? Don't even get me started. Between 2 Zhonyas, Trickster, some Ekko rebounding BS... its near impossible to do anything. Split push? How can I when they are just as mobile but can 1 vs 1 me.

So in terms of game balance... Fizz and Ekko have less 1 shot potential than Zed RIGHT? To make it fair right? Nope.
