Which champion(s) have no gap closer yet are super tanky/high damage dealers?

I want to run no boots or movement speed on them and roleplay as a colossal hulking juggernaut that ripples fear into every enemy as I slowly walk towards them (and then shortly become a laughing stock as I get kited to oblivion).

My eyes are on at the moment, but I'm super poor. I have but his Q still makes him go fast even without boots. Are there any other champions I can accomplish this fantasy with?

Mordekaiser Darius Sion Vladimir TahmKench Minus their minor cc and sion's ult. Although Illaoi Chogath Nasus Volibear Garen Have either greater gap closers or some mobility.

Sion is my go to super beast top laner. Due to his damage, tank, and infinitely scaling health. In lane I rarely even take flash on him and still crush my opponent. He's an amazing option and he gets the job done.
