Can we please stop making precision keystones require only autos?
Really one of the biggest reasons why they're so hard to balance is because when you play an AS champion or Lucian you either go lethal tempo which is only for AS ADCs, or you go PTA and procs it faster and better than the caster marksmen that were meant to take it (and in turn caster marksmen just go Arcane comet and Aery...)
The biggest argument against making PTA and lethal tempo ability friendly is that it'll be stronger for all ADCs, which is wrong. It'll only be stronger for caster marksmen, mages and melee champions. Ashe, Kog and Twitch do not want to interrupt their 2.5 AS autos with long ability cast times while caster marksmen have the same amount of 'hits' per second by having a slow attack speed and weaving autos in between abilities instead.
So instead of making a tree specifically cater to a small subset of the smallest class in the game (Marksmen that aren't heavy casters) can we make PTA and lethal tempo, and maybe fleet footwork allow abilities?
Maybe make lethal tempo adaptive CDR/AS and having CDR changes the effect to 'For x seconds you gain 10-20% CDR, and increase your CDR cap by 10-20%'. Would definitely make it better for juggernauts
