A thought to fix some balance issues

So it is established fact that Riot balances around LCS (since those players have most experience/knowledge of the game), a recent thread made an interesting point that leads me to an idea. So one of the big issues with LCS (vs. most everyone else) is that they will take their time farming to hit standard points of play where they expect to have an advantage. That was the whole point of rotations, that's the point of weaking the bot turret, etc. The goal is (presumably) to keep LCS games from being too "boring" if pro players spend 10-15 mins farming maybe people don't want to "watch" that. So here's a thought.

What if, in LCS (and ONLY in LCS) players started with 5000 gold, or some figure that allowed the starting build to have one or more complete items? Pro players can now skip the "boring" early game and go straight to the more "active" midgame. You also might (MAYBE, I admit, not super likely) get more variation since players might find certain champs more useful if they DEFINITELY have that first item or certain players might prioritize stats differently. The game can then also be balanced explicitly around power and what WORKS rather than "making the game entertaining to WATCH".

It just seems like Riot is making several recent decisions with the intent of making the early game more "active" for viewers, which has serious negative consequences for MOST players. So if that is the intent for LCS, why not just remove the "boring" part (early farming) for VIEWERS so everyone else can have a more balanced game.
