Why is she one of the highest ban rates across all regions and elo's, when she is trash after 25 minutes?
Even looking at her winrate, she's garbage compared to the rest of the apc roster.
Why would anyone waste a ban on her over Syndra, Heca, Vayne, etc?

No. People ban things like Zac, Yasuo, Talon, Zed, Vayne, Jhin because it's simply unfun to play against them. New LB has a longer burst window but she can still dominate her lane and people don't like playing against that.

Eedat1 votesWinrate really means jack shit after major reworks and new champ releases. For example, I was playing in a diamond ELO game in ranked (Lol flex queue gj) and I had a Talon on my team. All the Diamond player (Talon himself included) kept going on and on about how broken OP he was now in all-chat. He hard-carried the game. If you come to the boards, people will QQ over his win rate and say he's useless. LB is the same way. People think shes weak because they only look at win rates

Half the reason I ban her is because it feels really unfair to lane against her. She can take 3/4 of your HP with zero offensive items and she can do that damage without fearing retaliation. You can't run from her. You can't catch her if by some miracle you manage to out trade her and need to finish her off. You can't counter build her. MR doesn't do shit vs her insane damage. Believe me, I've tried.
The other half of the reason I ban her is because of her roams. She ALWAYS gets something when she roams. She leaves mid and goes bot, she's getting a double, no question about that. Leblanc ALWAYS gets fed. I rarely see a game where Leblanc doesn't go like 14-1 by 20 minutes.

Rework made her worse. Before, she could apply her mark with one ability. Now she can apply it with any ability and detonate with any other ability. Her ridiculous damage is more reliable now.

The first day of her rework maybe. A week later when everyone figured out how she worked, they found ways around that shit and it was business as usual. She's more obnoxious than ever before.

I'll humor you.
They simply use different combos. Old Leblanc would mark you, use Distortion immediately to detonate and return to her pad safe and sound. This was her standard trading pattern(if you could call that shit a trade) in lane. New Leblanc marks you with orb, lingers close by until the mark is ripe, dash in, chains. The chains detonate the mark for that sweet damage and the bonus is that you're now rooted so she can auto you to death, ignite or some clever shit with her ultimate.
Another easy combo if you're half health and she's level 6. Mark you when you try to CS or something. Wait for it to ripen while staying as close as she can to you. If you managed to run far, she can simply double dash to close that distance and detonate the mark. You should be like 10% health after than if she has no items and she still has the option to chain you.

Combos are for the most part the same. Passive forces a 1.5 second window where LeBlanc can't do much, on top of the fact that she can't re-use Distortion for 0.25 seconds.
Your examples are fine, but you are shrugging off the fact that she has to use all of her basic abilities to poke and because of that her early game trades actually cost MORE mana.
Plus you are assuming LeBlanc's enemy is a potato.

She doesn't break 50% winrate until about 50 games. And for the most part those are her stats before the last patch.
