How have we all fooled ourselves into thinking playing a game with 4 random people who often act stupid or incompetent is fun?

Its not fun. It never was, and it never will be. If you think it was, is, or could be, you are delusional.

There is no point in trying to get better. Every mechanic you learn will change, every champion you master will change. Every build you found that works will change. You are literally wasting your time and life with this stupid game. You are better off playing a solo RPG and enjoying it for its own sake, rather than playing this game and trying to attached any meaning to winning or losing or your KDA.

Riot needs to go out of business. You think its by chance that Riot hast the most toxic gaming community in the world? Its because Riot, innately, by their very nature, is a toxic company that manipulates players champion choices based on bullshit things like skins or their pet favorite champions that they leave in constant strong states for years on end.

Every person who works at Riot should know that they work for a piece of shit company that literally brings no value to gaming, entertainment or a person's life.

Do yourself a huge favor and quit this repetitive stupid game.

Don't worry about the lack of upvotes, other people who agree with you have been silenced or have left the community, I agree with you...already looking for something else to play, this devloper/community is awful and needs to go away.

Woah, did you get permabanned or something to be this insanely, oppressively negative?

Personally, i enjoy the game quite a lot. I don't use the chat in the game whatsoever, and that makes my matches a lot more enjoyable than they used to be in the past. The mute function is also handy :)

You might feel like you will miss out on important information, but let's be honest - when do someone ACTUALLY say something in the chat that affect the whole game?

At least for me personally, i am here to play the game. Not to chat with random strangers.

League of Legends is one of the biggest games in history. Riot is clearly doing something right.

I see you talk a lot about fun and about change. League of Legends is a game about adaptation and adapting to change. If you are unable to adapt, then feel free to leave and stay in the past. We will go on into the future of League, with or without you. It's your choice wether you tag along or get left behind.

I suggest you play with a couple friends if you dislike strangers.

Wrong. They entered the market that the right time.

Many companies make money, that doesn't mean their product is GOOD.

And League won't go on. Its going to be the same set up with infinite changes like always. Its not going anywhere. There is nowhere for it TO go. It will be forgotten eventually when better games that don't inherently bring out the worst in people are available and more fun. At least if they actually had the game anywhere close to balance it would be better. But they don't. Too much crazy shit, too many variables now, too many stupid items that you have to calculate the effects of their passives and actives in team fights. Too many game decided by ADCS in the first 5 minutes. Too many BS champs that shouldn't exist as they do. And when Riot does fix something, they take FOREVER. Remember tank Ekko? It was like a problem immediately and they literally took what...like 8 months to finally decide to take action. FUCK them.

This inst' a company that was built with creativity. It was build off the back of DOTA with multi milion dollar loan to Marc Merrill and crew who basically just did the same game but made it more appealing. They aren't creative, they aren't problem solvers...they can't even define what their goal is with the game in terms of balance. What does that mean...does it mean, x % of champions being banned over a x % of the time, with win rates spreading from x-x % for at least x amount of champions, and pick rates being no higher than x % for x amount of champions? They literally have no idea where they are going, which is why the game is always a mess, and always changing--they have no idea what their actual goal is other then to fuck shit up in order to sell skins.

Trust me dude, this company is shit led by shit people who have mistaken monetary success for their own competence. Facebook is no different BTW. They made tons of money but Zuckerburg is a tool who won't do anything original in his life, except annoy facebook users with changes no one asked for, needed, and to spy on you through he fucking messenger app so they can advertise to you. You should also quit that too. Facebook literally has damaged society.

Sometimes one tricks in real life make A LOT OF MONEY, but don't try to equate that with their actual talent or virtues they possess

I don't think it's very nice to bash a company like that. What prompted your bullying attitude? Was it simply some mechanics changing?

Personally, I like the changing mechanics. It makes my main interesting and I find that sometimes I now enjoy playing other champions that I used to not enjoy. If the mechanics stayed the same all of the time, there will always be a couple of champions who remain broke which everyone will try to choose - which would be chaos.

As for Riot going out of business; this will probably not happen at any time within the foreseeable future, considering they just signed a $300m contract with BAMTech for managing broadcasts (championships and the like) and that LoL is at the top of the board for number of hours watched on Twitch.

For your "toxic" comment, Riot does their best to remove toxicity.

And people will only quit things they do not enjoy. No one is being forced to play LoL. You shouldn't try to start a movement based on personal feelings (false witness).
