Don't you think jhin is a LITTLE too fast with fleet footwork, stormrazor AND speed boots, dont you think that stormrazor already adds WAY too many free stats for the price, i mean, AD AS, MS, 100% crit and jhin's passive gives him bonus damage the faster he is and when hes always fast BECAUSE STORM RAZOR GIVES HIM 100% CRIT ALL THE TIME HE AA, he always has extra damage and extra movement speed, please for the love of god nerf this item to the ground so nobody else uses it, it adds wayyy too much kiting potential early level because the CD window for gap closers are so high in the early game and its such a good item for its price, because like other items you sacrifice RAW ad for crit, but with this item you get it all, AD and crit, It's just such a dumb thing to the game

i dont think riot will nerf it cause it was their answer for nerfing nearly all ADC to near non-existent. and just cause one champ is op with it doesn't mean every champ is op with it.

with Jinx i can see it as an issue with Fishbones (110% dmg + 1.6X crit + other crit items) but how is Draven Abusing it? if anyone is abusing it it's Cait. stack that 1.6X plus a ready Headshot with IE and you looking at maybe 100-150 true dmg.

If by, "nearly all ADC," you mean, "not Draven, Jinx, Xayah, Jhin, Lucian, Kai'sa, Ashe, Ezreal, MF, Quinn, Varus, or Vayne," or, "6 out of 18 ADC." then sure, I guess.

seeing as i never played any of them except mf i would not know. plus quinn was nerfed. her passive does less dmg and she has less armor.

Everyone asked to get rid of the 'protect the adc' meta. But to keep ADCs viable without peel, Riot made them fast. It's most noticeable on Jhin, but it's still palpable on other ADCs.
