Grievous Wounds

Needs a bit of a buff. lvl 18 Devourer Aatrox with stuff like bortk visage and other tanky items is almsot unstopable in some senarios when he gets his ult off. Even strong without it. Honestly Lifesteal in general is kinda strong right now and nothing can kind of counter it except for things that have grievous wounds. And Grievous wounds feels like its non existent. Pls Buff it, make it reduce the healing recieved by 50%. or even 60%, its kinda warranted as lifesteal is so efficient and kinda ridiculously strong. ESPECIALLY with champs AS based like yi or aatrox. Lifesteal should be something very niche that only should be built in some senarios, but almost every adc builds life steal, a lot of as base jungles have lifesteal. SO MUCH LIFE STEAL.
