Correct me if I'm wrong, but reporting. . .

. . . is just a civil way for disgruntled players to vent.

It literally does nothing unless you get reported almost every game. At which point, you probably should take a step back and realize that (regardless of your intent) you've somehow managed to piss off someone in almost every game in your recent history. . .

So, suck it up. Take some personal responsibility; and realize that troll can't make you cuss him out--he can only give you a very good reason to.

It judges by volume, be that volume over a stretch of time, or in a single game. If you get reported by just about everyone in a single game, you're going to get hit by some manner of punishment, the same if you're reported once or twice in every game for a week. (I'm pretty sure it's less than that, but you get the picture).

We could make an dummy account and get empirical with this . . . (Would that be against the summoner's code?)

Edit: To be clear, I mean to make a game, and have friends report the account, not go into regular games and wildly troll for reports. . .
