My biggest problem with playing Kai'Sa is that leveling up her abilities doesnt feel good.

Seriously not a single one of her abilities feels good to level. Her Q is really only good if you manage to get someone completely and I mean COMPLETELY ALONE otherwise its just a wave clear tool. Her W has terrible scaling per level but scales well with items. Her E no matter how leveled up it is still has the stupid delay on it. Not to mention her auto attack has a very long wind up animation to it until you get some attack speed.

I don't understand why her Q doesn't prioritize champs with Void stacks on them and the charge up on her E honestly feels like it was just tacked on for the shiggles. I am honestly fine with how W and her ult work but her Q,E, Auto animation, and her passive requiring 5 shots and the fact that none of her abilities really make you feel more powerful as you level up all make this champ kind of a mediocre champ IMO.
