promo and matchmaking. why do you hate me riot?

ive noticed a disturbing trend. whenever i enter promos. or whenever i am on a win streak. riot throttles back my connection speed so i have lag spikes but only during engagements. that or they place me in matches with someone who dc's making it a 4v5. i can play for 10 hours straight and not lag a SINGLE time, but as soon as i enter promos, uho lag spikes. Riot, "your winning to much, here this should stop you" *pulls the cord from the wall.

we all know that you want to maintain a 50% win/lose ratio for everyone so that everyone can have equal amounts of fun. but at least allow someone to reach their appropriate rank, and stop cheating to maintain your system. stop placing me with "first time veigars" during my promo's and stop placing me with feeders intentionaly to make it harder on me.

i dont want to play a hyper carry champ. i want to play the champs that i want to play, the ones i have fun with. i dont want to be forced into playing champions who are capable of 1v5 a team. i shouldnt be forced into playing those champions, they are boring and there is no fun or skill in it. i dont want to be broken, i want a honorable match where skill determines the victory, not how many stacks i have on my nasus untill i can just roll my face across the keyboard and win. the champions i like to play are not able to 1v5 a team ,even when fed, like you seem to expect me to have to do in order to rank up. and i shouldnt be forced into having to ONLY play premade teams.
