do you put bots into our games so that que times will be lower?

so ive though this for a while now. and some of the players i get on my team, or that feed me, play bad, i dont mean make mistakes, or just suck, i mean like they have no brain at all. there are bad players out there sure, but sometimes there are just some of those guys that there is no way to possibly be that bad, unless they were just mindless bots. likewise these players wont say a word the entire game, they do not listen to what the team says nor do they ever respond to any pings, or anything, mindlessly facechecking a bush that they just watched an enemy player walk into.

so ive thought about it, and there is no logical reason for a true player to use a bot program, its ranked. but riot does have something to gain by adding in bots on occassion, to lower the que times so that players are able to get into matches sooner. which in theory doesnt sound like a bad idea. but when ppl are trying to rank up, and they are prevented from reaching the rank that they deserve because your intentionaly doing this to keep your 50% win/loss ratio you love so much. i dont think its fair to your players that you would do them this way. we shouldnt have to make premade teams in order to have fun, we should be able to soloque and go into a fight with the expectation that your teammates will at the very least not feed.
