Maybe either make Magic crit proc the increased healing or make the healing percentage of magic damage dealt could work too

Zerdun1 votesmagic has no crit...... Edit : Magic giving guaranteed crits on the heal portion would be a little broken. Just simply having magical damage proc the fleet footwork would be way more then enough to make it better on a lot of AP champions already, and too good in comparison to Phase Rush

There really isn't many mages that have damage amp effects.
Then you leave out a HUGE part of the AP casters that way, which is pretty bad and will still keep most mages out of the precision tree
