Can anyone explain this?

Why is it okay for you to nullify my past 4 games for accidentally dodging a lobby? The reason you have the punish in the first place is to prevent people from dodging because of bad match ups, where as the majority of dodges are just people who weren't paying attention or are trying to escape a toxic environment or game. Why is it okay that after struggling through 4 games (roughly 2 and a half hours) that when I'm 3rd ban in lobby and my time expires that i'm credited with a loss and have my elo taken from me? Where is the logic? Why do you still use this failure of a system while releasing 3 new skins a week and a champ every four weeks? Do you need to take money from your player base that badly? I'd like a riot employee to address and acknowledge that this is a known problem working to be resolved.

Do you believe that dodging the queue should not be punished?
