What to do with screenshots of players in post lobby

Can I use these screenshots I keep taking of people who are toxic in postlobby/prelobby to hold them accountable or does the tribunal/riot just brush over imgurs like these? Is it worth including in the report note or am I just wasting my time?

I'm fairly certain if it's in pre/postgame chat then it's recorded, so a report will take care of it. If it happens in pregame and someone dodges, you can send a screenshot to support. I'm not sure how exactly they handle it, but Riot has said that screenshots help a lot for situations where the report button isn't an option.
