Urgot to be kidding me! (Logical ranting inside!)

Here are two truths:

1. Urgot is a juggernaut.
2. Gnar is not a juggernaut.

are the most iconic juggernaut items. Both champs can build , therefore these items are not juggernaut-exclusive items. Therefore are the true indicators of determining if a champ is a juggernaut.

Gnar can buy and use all of these items despite not being a juggernaut (when in mega form), but retains the stats given in mini form. Urgot can't build any despite having an AA range shorter than some melee champs effective neutering his identity of being a true juggernaut.

Combining Urgot's passive with would no doubt be clunky to code and stupidly OP. So from a balance perspective that's a no-go

would fit in nicely with Urgot, especially since he has no method of regaining health (relying solely on shields for sustain)

Please make Urgot able to buy sterak's gage so he can actually be a juggernaut
