How Steraks should be changed so that adcs won't abuse it. (A simple, but overlooked solution)
is an often critical item on juggernauts (as well as some tanks) so RIOT's intention of lowering its stats would deal a nasty blow to the whole niche of champions who are "supposed" to use it while the adcs will just rotate back to using
and
. So before making 2 classes of champions weaker because adcs like to exploit the crap out of everything and anything, please give my idea a lookover:

Juggernauts, Tanks, and Bruisers are defined by their larger health pools in comparison to adcs and as such, nerfing an item's HP because of the wrong class abusing it ends up hurting the intended classes two-fold: First by nerfing the base stats and secondly by making adcs (the class you intend on nerfing) hit harder relatively since said juggernauts would have less HP.

Just give
's passive a Health requirement of 3000 and most, if not all adcs would be forced to drop it as they wouldn't be able to reach the health cap before replacing core items while the intended classes would be hardly affected (since steraks isn't usually first/second/even third item on juggernauts and having 3k hp by then is fairly normal) even if it was a first buy, all it does is delay the purchase of it.
I really do hope this at least gets looked over by Riot before they go through with their nerf...
