As a Top Laner Main, fuck map pressure, I'll just take Ignite top.

I still don't get why can't you just revert the Ignite buffs & the Heal nerfs to help resolve the excessive use of TP at bot lane. Why the fuck do you have the nerf TP, not only to reduce bot lane potential, but generally to EVERYONE OR ANYONE IN THE GAME TAKING IT.

As a top laner, I never teleported bot to help my lane. Why?

I'll break it down.

Fight breaks out bot
Opponent teleports
Leaves me alone, I clear the wave.
Jungle shows bot
I proxy the next wave.
I get first blood on tower now I have the advantage over my opponent by a huge margin, plus I still have teleport. OR
They get first blood and distribute the gold among themselves, still however, my opponent loses their lane by a huge margin letting me free farm and they lose a shit ton of minions and gold, assuming they didnt die themselves going bot.
I back and have enough time to walk it to lane as I proxied the waves.
Opponent tries to fight me, realizes he's fucked as I chunk his health.
They back, rinse and repeat.

In the end they lose a shit ton of gold and experience in the process over and over again and I still have teleport in case I get ganked and chunked (Because I hardly die) and I will just teleport back to lane as if nothing happened.

tl;dr

If you play against me and you teleport to help your bot lane you lose.

You gain lane safety with tp. It's a free back to get items to get a lead in lane. If you watch high elo top laners they time their backs as well as they can so they can reach lane again without missing too much exp.

If you see a typical noob ignite user, they get the cheese kill, the opponents tp back, now they're stuck with giving up the lane from being low and down 1 item (coz the opponent got to heal and buy) or backing and missing a wave because the opponent shoved it in while they backed. Where's that ignite lead now?

If anything, I'd say effective use of ignite over tp is a mark of a skilled player in wave management.
