Am I the only one who felt PTA has the most boring gameplay ever?

Hit 3 times, and everyone gains Swain's E debuff for 6 seconds. This is literally it. Why not just reduce every PTA users' AD & AP to compensate for it?

PTA is what making Vayne mid really viable, this is the best thing that happened to league (beside the invention of Vayne and Yasuo).

Why don't they remove the 12% vulnerability? Or better yet, only allow the vulnerability to happen on the champion that has it procced. So if Vayne has PTA and gets 3 attacks, only she gets the extra damage not the whole team.
