Zed should be buffed because in late game he can't really do anything (too much CC on the enemy team when champs group up, also Zhonya makes his Ult useless).
I propose following.
W cool down reduced by a few seconds
R detonation cannot be stopped
W shadow swap has no range limit
You can immediately swap places with R shadow (no more 0.5 seconds), allows for flashy outplays
All Shurikens strike at 100% damage

Shuyin1782 votesZed needs a new kit, it's as simple as that. Riot won't properly balance him ever because he is their love child, so they need to just straight re-work him. Do to him what they have been doing for other champions, make him fit his theme. Right now his kit is retard-proof simple and deals way to much damage while having to much mobility. If they go to nerf him they need to actually nerf him, not re-balance him like the PBE is doing right now.
