Can we increase the ward limit?

I'm tired of being the only one warding on my team because everyone thinks warding is optional and the support would rather spend 20 minutes building a instead of buying a single god damn ward. Can we increase it to 6 wards per player? Or maybe have it on a global pool where the entire team can only have a certain number of wards out at once? Because there are few things more frustrating than having literally only 3 wards on the map because you're the only one putting any down.
