Of all the champs I see running at me, Voli is like the one I am least scared of. I see a champ pop into vision, and I am like "oh, it is just Voli" The only time he is frustrating is when you have a champ with no escapes.

There is a problem in general with some tankier champs that can shell out a lot of damage with 1 or no offensive items. If a tank with no offensive items goes 1 v 1 vs DPS, the DPS should be able to win, it just should take a while. The purpose of a tank should be for the team fights where you can cause disruption and protect your damage dealers. Some tanks are working fine, but others can go in and rape multiple people with a full tank build and walk away with over half their health left, and then heal it back in less than a minute.

The so called "juggernauts" aka item 3078 item 3053 and full tank but deal the same amount as an assassin
