now that hear that riot is again nerfing kassadin all because he's been popular again after the nerfs i feel like riot just seems to not let any of us to have fun anymore i know thats not true but sometimes its just feels like it sometimes very much think it be better if the community votes on which nerfs to take place to take action tho i do agree it is riots game but this our game too we play it and we should just as have much a say as to what changes should and should not be rant over

From the final part it seems like you only think that we as players should decide what should be ranted over. Now I don't mind ranting. Rant all you want but riots balance team is there for a reason and are paid for the same reason and unless we can educate every player in at least the basics in balancing I have a feeling that the game would end in a terrible state if we let players vote on changes.

On a more serious note, the problem with letting the players decide the balance is, which players? The opinions of an LCS all-star will be different from a diamond player will be different from a bronze 5. Add to that the fact that no player has a great idea of overall game balance (they don't play every champ themselves) and you wind up with a situation where (just like a Presidential election) people are voting based on everything but the facts.
