I agree on Akali... I hate Akali lel.

Those are high risk - high reward champions. They are useless when behind. Also if you're in low elo you should be GLAD people play those champions because no one can play them decently because of their difficulty.

Loooooool what the hell? Every single one of them is an utter garbage when behind, especially Rengar who transforms into a siege minion if he doesn't get any sort of lead early on and not to mention that he need to wait till 6 to get his power spike tho.
