Why are there no Horse Mounted Warriors in League?

I mean, Hecarim is a being on his own and Bristle is a pig, not a horse.

Is Runeterra really that short on Horses?

I mean, I bought both WK Xin Zhao and J4 thinking they would have Horses, but noooo, they dont.

Please. Put Garen on a Horse.

If he ever falls in the battlefield he cannot stand back up since his Armor weights 666 pounds.

Which is obviously a balance issue.

And allow Annie to Ride Tibbers while you are at it
