Did anyone get an S as a Support since they introduced the Vision&CC Score?

It's always been hard to get an S rank as a support. I've had many games where I will have 80%+ kpr and have huge impact only to get an A. The problem is that rank is based on averages for that champion so some stats are thrown way out of wack for support champions because bronze and silver players will often play then in mid, jungle, or top. In these low ranks players can get crazy kill amounts even as a mid Nami or as a top Leona. This makes it so that most of the time you need at least 1 kill as a support and you need to have at least 30-50 cs (+more if you have Relic) depending on length of the game. The averages can also be thrown off when supports are forced to wave manage because not everyone understands it and autofills where players pick a support but build full AP with no SS.
I don't think warding accounts for all that much in the grand scheme of S ratings. There are so many things you do as a genuine support that don't count at all. The best way to get an S is to continually steal CS and kills from your ADC because supports are often played in lane at lower levels. So the way to get an S as a genuine support is to do that which is more likely to cost your team the game.

Spammed wards in fountain to get that ward count up at the end of the game, but Im guessing about 60% of those wards are legit so around 15-20 spammed in fountain.
My pinks lasted forever and always had one on me to get vision of dragon/baron or the jungle side where we were working on the towers so A LOT of wards were dumped for each major objective. It's all just about KDA and wards for supports.
Highly doubt CC score matters
I'm a Gold/Platinum Support main, and I get S+ on many games.
Here's some of my insights for you: ** 1.) Deaths seems to be the absolute #1 thing. If you die once or twice, your not getting it. 2.) Assists and Kills seem to be weighted evenly. As long as im getting some of both, im good. 3.) CS affects it more than you think - find times to CS when your lane partner is gone. This is critical gold you could be missing. 4.) Wards are also really important. Buy at least 1 red every SINGLE time you back. **
I think it's fucked up atm. I remember trying out Twitch ADC and went 5/1 and 78 CS at 16 minutes and got an S-. I know my CS was garbage and I know Twitch as an average get more kills and CS.

CC score wasn't included, I scored 18 (ironically Akali had 20, which was more than me for some reason) while Varus (ours) had the highest of both teams of 57.
Still scored S+ though, but I think it's the gold per minute mainly and wards (compared to other Kayle supports). That being said, very few people play Kayle support so my bar was probably quite low too. Our Varus got an S+ too.

That's with 5 deaths, so I don't think it really goes based on deaths so much. But I placed a lot of wards and destroyed the most wards, so I believe that has something to do with it. 
I'll get S nine times out of 10 if I go Maokai or Ali. But I'll admit, a fair amount of it comes from my ADC dying/running away from every 2v2 and me getting a double.
