chat restrictions and borders

@riot at the end of the season, what disqualifies you from getting a border at your load screen? unfortunately I got a chat restriction for defending myself during two of my past games. The restriction limits me to 5 chats every game but they go up as time goes on. It doesnt let me talk in all chat thought. I was just wondering if you can shed some light on this extremely tilted and desperate league player. Please and thank you!

Last season you'd be ineligible for Ranked Rewards if;

You had an active chat restriction when rewards went out
You had been banned within the last 3 months when rewards went out
You had received an MMR Boosting ban at any point during the season

If the rules are anything like previous seasons, that chat restriction won't make you ineligible unless you stop playing and don't work it off, or if you get punished with a ban near the end. This season's restrictions will be announced closer to the end of the season.
