Riot when are you going to give Ivern a real nerf?

I'm getting sick of either having to ban him or being at a significant disadvantage for that game. His win rate last patch was absurd, not having a SINGLE matchup that he didn't win 51% of the time.

Please start by nerfing the AP ratio or the cooldown on his shield. It's absurd how unkillable he or his ally is throughout every stage of the game. He can take your camps and get away 80% of the time because of how forgiving his kit is.

The wrist-slap you gave him this patch wasn't nearly enough to compensate for the amount of bullshit he can get away with. He's legitimately the perfect jungler for every situtaion, applying early game pressure, mid game map control, and late game utility better than any other jungler can. Please do something about this, Riot. The least you could do is give us 10 bans so I never have to see him again.
