Which 3 Runes do you think will be nerfed first?
Obviously nobody can know for sure, but which are your top 3 that you looked at and thought "Oh god I know why they designed it this way but there's no way that's lasting."
Bonus points if you give examples combos with champ that'll make them extra stupid.
Mine are:
-
** Press the Attack**: This seems strong on your standard auto attacker, and insane on anyone that can cheat out auto attacks - my favorite would be Kled, but if I had to guess I would expect Renekton or Jauce to trigger the nerf.
-
Ultimate Hat: Exactly only Karma absolutely busts this thing. I expect it to either explicitly disallow her, cause dramatic nerfs to her empowered abilities, or be dramatically changed. Potential abuse with Kass, Diana, and Swain, but none of those have quite the unique combination of circumstances that Karma does.
-
Glacial Augment: The item active effect, while offering some interesting potential, looks pretty niche and complicated to apply. I wasn't very impressed when I focused on that. But the primary effect is SO STRONG WHAT THE FUCK?! 2 Second slow that increases in power over it duration with quite respectable values with a 6 SECOND COOLDOWN PER ENEMY! 31/3 uptime slow on auto-attack? Really? Off the top of my head, champions that can abuse this include every adc ever made, Yi, most assassin's, most bruisers, a good number of mages, and also every champion in the game. Jesus Christ there's no way this is gonna make it through pre-season untouched. This is insane.
Anyway, these are just my first impressions and are almost guaranteed to be wrong because nobody can accurately predict how all the runes will interact with all the champions and other runes.
Lemme know y'all's thoughts.
