Thoughts On Lux Ult?

So I made a smurf a little while back and tried Lux a few times for the first time. Now I've played against Lux plenty of times but now playing as her I am wondering if her ult may be a little OP? Now hear me out on this; I'm well aware of why this ult can easily be not considered OP but I can also fully understand why it could be. Pros: Base damage of 300 on first level, very far range, able to hit multiple enemies with no decrease in damage, and relatively short cast time plus a pretty short cooldown. Cons: Easy to dodge (especially if you know what to look and listen for),... Okay, I had plenty more cons in mind but can't think of any of them now for some reason, so I apologize for that lol. Anyways though, you should be able to get all that I'm getting at here. Now I'm not saying it is OP or needs nerfing or anything, I'm just questioning peeps thoughts and opinions on the matter is all.

Only thing that bothers me about her is her R cool down. I'm pretty sure I played her yesterday and it was on like a 32 second cool down at level 11. That's a very short cool down for such high burst.

Lux ult is super powerful (like disgustingly) if she hits multiple people in a team fight and is terrifying in lane if you don't avoid her combo.

I wouldn't say it's broken but I wouldn't be sad at all if it were nerfed

I'd simply be happier if they fixed the hit box on the darn thing. I can't count how many times I've avoided damage while in the animation and taken damage when outside of it... She has to get a good bit of cdr for the ridiculously short cooldown it can have
