Kled, Toxic Gameplay

I do not enjoy this champ for several reason after fighting him. He has this same regenrating hp business as tahm and nobody likes tahm as it is. This is another of your champs that you've put two gap closers on and while you are a bit nicer with the ability to access both it's still not fun because you can use his ult and the gap closer he is able to access even without worrying about that changeup.

You show him off as being aggressive but really it's a somehow more annoying version of teemo. Where the q is now a skill shot and if they hit it they follow up for massive rewards. This already is toxic because it has a fairly low cooldown which means that other champs with shorter ranges cannot do anything vs him at all even if they try to rush him down. The gap closer makes him extremely safe as he can run away and await ganks even when he fails playing correctly.

Kled's hp pool is small but he isn't exactly vulnerable he can just base or hit minions in the jungle to get back his "courage" meter. In the meantime resistances are still that of a tank. This is yet another one of those characters where you clearly didn't think about how fun it would be for anyone to play against him because currently it's the same thing as old morgana minus the wave clear. And since he can get back to lane fairly easy with his ult or tp he isn't losing much on his farm either.

Really though, cc, two gap closers, and higher attack range than the low range marksman or casters? A regenerating health chunk too just incase trying to punish this character isn't hard enough <.< here we are gonna make ad with less future... It looks cool but it's actually not fun to play with as there are no windows to really punish this character.
