From time to time i have those strange disconnections, not just in any unimportant situation but mostly in ranked and very often in promo games to higher division.

As you can assume i had one just now, i needed 1 win to get in silver 2, matched with good team finally(yes i can tell from experience)

WHAT HAPPENED: My network disconnected just right after we all locked our pick, and was started working right after time for AFK SURENDER WOTE expired ,aprox. 5 min

and it is not a problem with my PC or network, as many could assume :)

Riot doesn't control your Internet connection.

Still going to assume it's a problem with either your PC or network. The recent Windows update may have broken things.

This is what is called anecdotal evidence, and it isn't sufficient to support a hypothesis. What is necessary to express a proof is the expected state of affairs and the difference between it and the experienced history.
