7 Turrets are dead within the first 8 mins of a game can we buff them already?

Looking at this game of TSM vs REN its pretty clear Turrets are next to worthless. They are at the weakest they have ever been in the game and is severely dumbing down the game on how easy it is to kill them. Not to mention how the deathtimers are so high and how extremely snowbally the game is right now makes this game extremely frustrating and boring.
