in one of my games, jinx crit a varus for 1400 damage.

with a single fucking auto attack rocket. but lets nerf darius, because his ult somehow reached 1k.

This is a fact ignored by carries when they complain about the damage garen and darius ults do.

the true damage is still less or equal than an average crit of an ad carry. the difference? they can dish those out every few seconds.

and again, thats only if he ults the villain.

The crit you speak of was on an adc. The average crit by an adc is not greater than 1000. An adc will not be critting front-line tanks/fighters for 1000 per aa. Maybe on the squishies they will crit in excess of 1000, but the majority of their aa's will be spent cutting through tanks. Each squishy should only take 2-3 aa's to kill on a late game build.

ive mentioned garens ult because people were complaining about it just the same.

adc are critting other squishies for far more than 1k. but even if theyre not critting other tanky champs for 1k, but for values like 800 damage, theyre still dealing easily additional 300 damage with a bork and other on hit effects (4k health target makes 320 from the bork passive on the opening shot). and adc like twitch or jinx can even crit multiple targets in an aoe.

its the same for darius. his ult deals up to 1k damage. well, great. even that kind of damage doesnt compare to the auto attacks of an adc.

You ever seen a fed draven crit? I legit 1shot an ezreal with one of his crits. When you make the enemy ADC buy Warmogs out of fear, that's a good day.

yeah but he can't hit that much on champions. IDk the top end if he's full AP, but i don't think it's quite 1000 to champions...

With a max level ultimate and a full AP build, which isn't uncommon, he can dish out around 1200 without much problem.
