This is 5% less than Lissandra's entire kit. There's also an 150% AP ratio on her ultimate, and an AP ratio on her E for %HP damage.

Her current Q has an AP ratio of over 275% and a bonus AD ratio of over 350% over 8 seconds, and it's entirely AoE.

It takes about 2s to get Eve's Q off. Not 8 seconds.

And now do yourself a favor, calculate the time it takes for all these abilities to activate and consider how fast you as a squishy you are. Especially now that Eve doesn't have a shield or slow resistance anymore.
