Revert Yorick's 7.22 Q Buff

EDIT: I FORGOT TO SAY WHAT THE BUFF ACTUALLY WAS. 7.22 yorick q now applies on towers

Yorick didn't need this buff. I get that it may have been a consistency issue as other champions could use their skills on towers, but Yorick didn't need the extra help. Yorick is dangerously close to being too good, he's just a small meta shift or item buff away from OP. If you want him to keep the buff then please fix the issue with empowered autos not working on the wall. I'd appreciate preventative measures before my champ is pick/ban status.

So can every other Juggernaut? This has been a consistency issue with Yorick 5ever, and it's about time his AA reset was able to hit towers now as well

If they're going to nerf anything after this it should be something else. I'm glad he can finally use his Q on towers like everyone else.
