Anti mobility

Riot In patch 9.14 you mention anti mobility and wanting more champions to have anti mobility options in their crowd control, I present a list of champions who could use this cancel mid dash feature much more then ahri. Dont get me wrong im glad riot is finally noticing how mobility has taken over the game and not having it is basically playing on a handicap but a champion like ahri doesnt need as much as some other champions I will mention. :Her q is the slowest sill shot at 850 speed which most move speed buff abilities can out run it and doesnt cancel mid dashes. I would argue its needs a missile speed buff and her wall needs to be adjusted since way too many champions can go through it as well. Yes her Q can go through minions and walls but E also does, its also faster at 1300 speed and cc's the same amount of time when not empowered. In fact you want it to hit minions for longer root duration(also aniv has lowest base hp besides yumi and base move speed) I would argue she also needs it but others would argue that a point and click cc is strong enough Needs it I personally think his Q is fine in terms of speed and hit box Needs it, its speed is offset by not going through minions Q I dont know if it does already but I have not experienced it. Her q needs it, if you hit a skillshot that slow on a mobile opponent you deserve to be rewarded. Or if it already does then..carry on He also needs it
